Worldwide 10-day return policy

Rosson Audio Design is pleased to offer a 10 day no-questions return policy. We offer our policy to cover world-wide shipments of new headphones purchased from the www.RossonAudioDesign.com website. The return policy applies only to new headphone orders. You must post mark your return within 10 days of receipt for a refund. Returned product should be in its original box, with all accessories intact, in like-new condition. Upon receipt we’ll refund the full purchase price of your product or products, minus a 15% restocking fee. Of course, shipping is not included in the refund—you pay full shipping to and from your location. Orders returned with damage or in non-stock packaging may be assessed an additional fee for reconditioning.

International Shipping

All USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail, UPS and Fedex packages are shipped with tracking and insurance and can be safely used for all orders. International First-Class shipping is NOT allowed for use with headphones, it is only for accessories. International First Class has little or no tracking, can take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery and can’t be insured. As such, the purchaser is liable for any loss incurred when First Class Shipping has been used for headphone shipments. We strongly recommend using Priority Mail as a cost-effective alternative to First Class.

Import Taxes and Duties

Many countries charge import duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of local import duties. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, in the event taxes are due the shipping carrier will contact the purchaser to collect funds.

Warranty

Your custom headphones come with a limited lifetime warranty. We guarantee our transducers for life and everything else for one year. The warranty is transferable only when provided documentation of the original purchase and that the original purchase was not "gray market" through an unauthorized reseller. Warranty is void and is non-transferable for products that are shipped as “Gray Market” (e.g. international customers purchasing from US resellers and shipping to a friend or freight-forwarder for export). Warranty does not cover damage by the owner (opening the unit, dropping, damage by failure of electronics, etc.) or normal wear and tear, such as compression of ear pad foam, scuffs in leather, scratches or chips in the finish, etc. Acts of god and all the rest of the usual caveats apply which reinforce that a warranty issue is only something Rosson Audio Design did wrong, or that was intrinsically wrong with the product we received from any our suppliers. We will repair or replace defective goods at our discretion. For warranty service we ask customers who purchased from RossonAudioDesign.com to contact us via info@rosson.audio to receive and complete a return authorization form. For customers who purchase through resellers the headphone is to be returned to the reseller, who ships to Rosson Audio Design; Rosson Audio Design will pay return shipping to the reseller.

Right to change product and specifications

Rosson Audio Design reserves the right to modify product performance and specifications at any time and without notice. Published frequency and CSD plots are for illustration and communication and are based upon average data. Individual units will vary from this, though we maintain tight QA to ensure variance is within our tolerances.

Signature Required on Headphone Shipments

All headphone parcels are shipped with signature required for your protection. You may request us to waive signature during checkout, however this means the purchaser assumes all risk for damage or loss.

Right to Void and Refund any Order

Rosson Audio Design reserves the right to void and refund any order, for any reason (with or without cause) at any time.

Undeliverable Shipments

In the event a shipment is returned due to undeliverable address, customer isn’t available to sign or arrange alternate delivery, or customer refuses a delivery, Rosson Audio Design will refund the full purchase price less all shipping costs (both directions).
